This morning I weighed in a 197 lbs. The last time I can recall being that low was probably my junior year of high school. My senior year I'm pretty sure I was 200 or above.
It feels good to be in shape, although most BMI charts still say that I am highly overweight, bordering on obesity. My personal opinion is that those charts are not worth the paper they are printed on. I need to go and have a personal trainer do a *real* BMI test for me again. Height and weight (the BMI chart inputs) are not enough to gauge an accurate BMI.
Oh yeah, one more thing -- one more pound and I will be at 50lbs total lost!
